After long-term development, we finally developed the glass partition that is the easiest to install in the market. The frame structure of the partition is our original creation. In the production process, we process the independent screens. At the construction site, the installers do not need to install the glass and frame, they just need to fix the screen to the ceiling and the floor.
The splicing between two screens only needs double-sided adhesive tape.
For aluminum frame, we use extremely narrow frame to make the partition line more beautiful.
In the factory, we have processed the glass and aluminum frame as a whole. At the construction site, only install each screen.
On one side of the aluminum frame of the screen, pastes double sided adhesive tap.
Tear a small section at the top of the double-sided adhesive tape to facilitate the adhesion of the two screens during installation.
Install the first screen against the wall. Fix the screen on the wall side, ceiling and ground with simple accessories.
Align the two screens, tear off the double-sided adhesive tape, and stick the two screens together.
When fixing the second screen, the side of the second screen shall be pasted with the side of the first screen. In addition, the second screen is fixed to the ceiling and the ground with accessories.
When designing the aluminum frame, we designed the lines very narrow. The width of frame is only 18mm.
